We have a strong history of supporting socially-significant savings activity. From our origins over 150 years ago, where our mission was to ensure that everyone had somewhere to save money within an hour’s walk of every working man’s fireside, through to the wartime National Savings Movement and National Savings schemes in schools in the 20th century, we’ve always been committed to helping people save.
However, as times have changed, so have we.
